An Introduction to Reducing Sugar and Reframing Sweetness” with Stacey Loop of Loop of Light
The intention of this workshop is to introduce participants to tools that can help to improve self-care, reduce stress, and create more mindfulness in our choices. Participants can expect to leave with an understanding of primary versus secondary foods, simple strategies for decreasing sugar, and a direction for creating more joy in their lives. This presentation is interactive involving a short gentle breath-centric movement practice. Participants should wear loose clothing and bring a pen/pencil.
